Return Eligibility

We want every customer to have a clear and straightforward shopping experience. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, email chursinairina225@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before sending any products back.

Eligible products should be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns may be declined if items do not meet the stated conditions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you purchased, contact us at chursinairina225@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when possible. We will review your request and provide the appropriate next steps.

Return Shipping

For returns due to personal preference, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is caused by an error on our part or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will explain the available return arrangements.

Please do not mail any product to an unconfirmed address.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.
